Frequently Asked Questions
Do you travel for sessions and weddings?
Yes! I love to travel and am always up for an adventure. So, whether you’re getting married locally to me, having a destination wedding, or eloping in the mountains, I’m your girl!
When will we receive our gallery?
For a portrait session, you can expect your full gallery within 2-4 weeks.
For weddings, you can expect your gallery in 4-6 weeks with sneak peeks on social media within 48 hours.
How many photos will we receive?
Portrait sessions are generally around 80-100 images.
Weddings are 75-100 images per hour.
Do we need to know how to pose ourselves?
I don’t expect you to know how to pose or feel comfortable in front of the camera right away. I will guide you throughout the entire process, from how to position your body naturally to where to place your hands for the most flattering results. My style of posing is fun and engaging, and it incorporates lots of movement to create candid and lively images that truly capture the moment.
What is your photography style?
My photography style is clean, classic, and timeless. I focus on capturing genuine, heartfelt moments in a way that feels elegant and true to life.
My approach is calm and intentional. I want you to feel relaxed and confident in front of the camera, so your real personality and love can shine through.
Do you shoot film or digital?
While I am primarily a digital photographer, I have grown to love film photography and will be offering the addition of film to my wedding packages very soon!
Do you offer videography?
I do not offer videography services at this time; however, I will be more than happy to provide you with a list of my favorite videographers should you need any recommendations.
What if it rains for our engagement/portrait session?
If it's cloudy, we will still proceed with your photography session as scheduled. However, I might suggest that we start an hour or even two hours earlier to better take advantage of the available natural light.
If rain is expected in the forecast, I will reach out to you the evening before and again on the morning of your session to help you make an informed decision regarding whether we need to consider rescheduling. Your comfort and satisfaction throughout this process are incredibly important to me.
